These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Own Your Bookkeeping™ website, content, products, and services.
Own Your Bookkeeping™ is operated by Own Your Bookkeeping LLC (“OYB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, subscribing to our content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, products, or services.
1. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
Own Your Bookkeeping provides educational content and resources designed to help small business owners better understand and manage their bookkeeping and business finances.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Own Your Bookkeeping may sell ebooks, guides, templates, downloads, educational materials, and other digital products.
Digital products are provided electronically. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of downloaded materials after delivery.
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. Product descriptions, features, pricing, and availability may change from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Nothing in these Terms prevents ordinary sharing of links to publicly available Own Your Bookkeeping website or blog content.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
7. REFUND POLICY
Because our ebooks, downloads, and other digital products are delivered or made accessible electronically, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Own Your Bookkeeping LLC may choose to issue a refund or other resolution in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Doing so in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in other situations.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Own Your Bookkeeping may offer free or paid subscriptions, newsletters, or other content through third-party platforms.
When you subscribe or purchase through a third-party platform, additional terms, billing policies, cancellation procedures, and privacy practices established by that platform may apply.
Own Your Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for changes to a third-party platform's functionality, availability, pricing, policies, or services.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our website and content may contain links to third-party websites, software, products, services, or resources.
Links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid to Own Your Bookkeeping LLC for the product giving rise to the claim.
